Jeff and his crew recently resealed and striped the parking lot at my hotel. They were very efficient and professional. I was extremely appreciative of Jeff's flexibility when it came to doing the job in 2 halves to not displace all my guest's vehicles at once, delaying due to vehicles not yet moved, the rain and a couple of other factors. Black Diamond was wonderful to work with. Our HOA has two private streets to maintain and they performed crack repair and seal coating for us. They had a very competitive bid, did great work and communicated well throughout the process. We had to be flexible with scheduling due to changing weather - but they adapted and worked with us to get the job done. Would highly recommend and would hire them again if needed.
