  Jeff and his crew recently resealed and striped the parking lot at my hotel. They were very efficient and professional. I was extremely appreciative of Jeff's flexibility when it came to doing the job in 2 halves to not displace all my guest's vehicles at once, delaying due to vehicles not yet moved, the rain and a couple of other factors.   Black Diamond Seal coating is a wonderful company to work with!  They recently coated the private lane that I share with 9 other households and everyone was happy with the work.  The quote that was provided was promptly sent and very comprehensive.  Pricing was fair and 'in the range' of other suppliers.  The team that arrived on-time were friendly and polite. They invested the time to explain their preparation and process, answered all of my questions, arrived on time and completed the sealcoaring.   Black Diamond was wonderful to work with.  Our HOA has two private streets to maintain and they performed crack repair and seal coating for us.

They had a very competitive bid, did great work and communicated well throughout the process.  We had to be flexible with scheduling due to changing weather - but they adapted and worked with us to get the job done.
